Dr. Pavithra Kailasapathy is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Management & Finance, University of Colombo. She has obtained her PhD from the University of Melbourne in Australia and MSBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in USA. She is an Associate Editor of the South Asian Journal of Human Resource Management (Sage). Her research and teaching interests are in work family conflict, gender issues in organizations and human resource management.
