The book is far more than a tribute to the memory of Bernadeen Silva. Through the life of this unassuming and lovable campaigner for justice it captures fascinating insights in to some of the social and political activism of the past half century, much of which is unknown to the younger generation and perhaps forgotten by the older generation.
