This project aims to enhance women’s quality of life and strengthen the voice of women, through greater cohesive action by women leaders of the Mullaitivu District, Northern Province, Sri Lanka; to strengthen the women leaders’ network in the Mullaitivu District to address issues that concern women in the area; and to establish a system of basic women’s economic empowerment as a measure of further expanding these activities in the future.
