Funded by Aus-Aid, this project aims to increase understanding, knowledge capacity, confidence, and strength among women at various levels by increasing their leadership and participation in dialogues at various levels in the districts of Killinochichi, Batticoloa, and Badulla.

This project focuses on areas such as increased understanding of the constraints faced by women leaders when relating to peace and reconciliation processes, Increased knowledge capacity and confidence of women leaders to advance the WPS Agenda , Enhance trust and relationships between women political and CSO leaders; increase the leadership and participation of women leaders in dialogues at various levels.
